Our obedience classes are productive for many reasons.
Puppy Kindergarten (PK) is a time to develop communication through focus and engagement. Building a vocabulary of commands and marking these behaviors with positive reward. Imprinting basic obedience skills, social skills and good house manners. Puppy Kindergarten will offer answers to the many questions that come with owning and living with a puppy.
Basic Obedience (BO) classes are effective for proofing skills while introducing distractions and building endurance. Teaching additional skills like stay, wait, reliable recall and many, many more. A perfect class for several situations for instance, newly adopted young adults, problem solving of behavior issues, basic evaluations, introducing a new pet into the family or any goals you may have. These classes are often a great place to start.
E-Collar (EC) classes are designed for the active dog. This gives a new freedom and trust to both dog and handler. Learning techniques to use a e-collar to its full potential in order to get the results you're looking for.

TUESDAYS 7 - 8pm
Our group class is designed for all dogs. From the young to the old, the inexperienced to the more advanced and even the shy or the wild ones. All dogs are welcome.
We focus on communication between dogs and their handler by teaching the "watch" command. Building the endurance of their focus with the distraction of the other dogs being challenged by doing a exercise we call "the weave," which is healing through the group. We like to share experiences with the dogs that you may encounter in public like the "meet and greet," "passing a friendly dog," "someone on a bicycle," or maybe "kids playing soccer." We like to practice the recall, one-minute sits, and three-minute downs, and many other exercises and tasks geared toward building confidence in both the dogs and their people.
We enjoy teaching basic manners for the development of our Canine Good Citizens. We can learn from each other and you might even make some new friends. Don't wait.
Our group classes meet every Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm, weather permitting. If weather is questionable we have a text message list (optional) in case class needs to be cancelled and postponed to the next week. Cost is $15 per class. No reservations needed. Bring collar, leash, treats, and be prepared to enjoy yourself.
